Ashley Granieri, PA-C was born, raised and trained in New York. She obtained her bachelors of science degree from SUNY New Paltz where she majored in organismal and environmental biology and minored in evolutionary theory. During her undergraduate studies she spent two semesters abroad and studied at Cardiff University in Wales. Ashley obtained her masters of science degree in physician assistant studies from LIU Brooklyn and graduated in 2014.

Ashley spent her first seven years as a physician assistant in emergency medicine. She worked at a level II trauma center and also moonlighted in a pediatric emergency department. Upon moving to Florida in 2019 she worked at Sarasota Memorial Hospital in the emergency department and urgent care clinics.

Ashley decided to transition out of the emergency department looking to cultivate meaningful relationships with her patients and to help manage their care long term.

Ashley is married with two small children and two crazy dogs who keep her quite busy but she also enjoys running and is usually training for an upcoming 1/2 marathon.
